Dana has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure fields.
Dana advises clients on the wide range of legal issues in the various areas of energy and infrastructure, including construction, operation and maintenance of both private power plants, renewable energy projects, supply and distribution of electricity, natural gas sale and purchase agreements (GSPA, CNG, LNG), marketing and distribution of natural gas, connection to natural gas transmission and distribution systems, railway construction projects, desalination projects and many additional issues in the fields of energy and infrastructure.
Dana advises many clients, both local and foreign, in diverse issues including complex commercial engagements, BOT, PPP, PFI agreements, tenders, commercial negotiations, regulatory proceedings, legal proceedings and additional matters.
Prior to joining Klein & Co. Dana was a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure department at Gross & Co., law firm (formerly known as GKH). Prior to that, Dana served for over 6 years in the Military Advocate General, first as a legal advisor and later as a criminal prosecutor.
