Lana represents leading entrepreneurs and contractors in the energy, engineering and infrastructure fields, guiding them through complex projects and providing ongoing legal advice, accompanying tender procedures, negotiations, preparing agreements and contracts, and representing the firm’s clients in various contractual disputes. Lana advises clients on a wide range of legal issues, such as design agreements, design-build (DB) agreements, EPC and O&M agreements, concession agreements (BOT, PPP), accompanying tender procedures, supply and purchase of electricity and thermal energy agreements (such as PPAs), roads, trains and more.
After interning in the Financial Enforcement Department in the State Attorney’s Office, Lana advised NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. (the company responsible for the design and construction of the mass transit system for the Tel Aviv metropolis) throughout various agreements that NTA engaged in.
Prior to joining Klein & Co, Lana worked in the infrastructure department at Barnea, Jaffa, Lande & Co.
